Heat Recovery and Reutilization in Biogas Fermentation, Purification, and Pressurization Systems


In traditional biogas fermentation processes, anaerobic fermentation tanks require a significant amount of heat, typically supplied by biogas boilers. However, biogas boilers not only incur high operational costs but also cause serious environmental pollution. Furthermore, during winter, the biogas produced by the fermentation system requires a large amount to be sent to biogas boilers for heat generation, leading to high gas prices but insufficient production, thereby impacting overall profitability.

      a:Heat Recovery from the Main System of Biogas Purification Equipment: In traditional biogas purification equipment, a large amount of heat (from screw machines, pressurization machines, etc.) is released directly into the atmosphere through air cooling.  

    

      b:Heat Recovery from Anaerobic Fermentation Tank Effluent Discharge Process: The heat from the effluent of anaerobic fermentation tanks to solid-liquid separators is not utilized and is directly discharged into the atmosphere.

    C:Supplementary Heating with Air Source Heat Pumps: When the recovered heat from (a) and (b) is insufficient to meet the temperature requirements for fermentation, air source heat pumps are utilized for supplementary heating, especially during cold weather conditions
