Natural Gas Gate Station

Overview

A natural gas gate station, also known as a pressure regulating and metering station, is a gas pressure regulating device designed specifically for long-distance natural gas pipeline distribution stations. It serves as a gas source station for urban and industrial distribution networks. Its task is to receive natural gas transported by long-distance pipelines, undergo dust removal, filtration, heating, pressure regulation, metering, and odorization, and then deliver it to urban or industrial distribution networks. The main equipment inside the station adopts imported pressure regulators and shut-off valves, featuring high pressure regulation accuracy, stable output pressure, practical structural design, and convenient installation, operation, and maintenance.

Process Flow

Gas enters the pressure regulating station, passes through insulation joints, inlet valves, filtration devices, metering devices, reheating devices, pressure regulating shut-off devices, odorization devices, and outlet valves, adjusting the pressure to the required output pressure for users. The system can be equipped with corresponding station control systems and odorization systems as needed. Various structural forms and functions are available for user selection.
