LNG Skid-mounted Gasification Pressure Regulating Unit

The LNG skid-mounted gasification pressure regulating unit is a compact structure integrating LNG unloading, tank pressurization, ambient vaporizer, natural gas (NG) reheater, pressure measurement, and odorization. Each component of the entire skid-mounted unit is equipped with monitoring displays. It features interlocking control functions to prevent excessively low outlet temperatures of the ambient vaporizer and reheater, ensuring that the outlet gas temperature of the equipment is ≥5°C.

This skid-mounted equipment can be designed according to user requirements, meeting diverse user needs. The overall process design of the gasification skid is refined, with convenient transportation and installation, aesthetically pleasing appearance, small footprint, and easy maintenance. It finds wide application in urban emergency gas supply, residential community gas supply, and industrial gas supply for production.
