Special mixed gases in industrial and chemical industries often consist of gases such as carbon dioxide, methane, hydrogen, and carbon monoxide. If there is a need to separate and purify a specific gas from the gas mixture for utilization, our company employs different methods for purification according to the different gases used.

Nitrogen constitutes approximately 78% of air volume. Utilizing advanced membrane separation nitrogen production technology, based on on-site operations and utilizing abundant and inexpensive air resources, high-purity nitrogen of over 95% purity is continuously produced efficiently and rapidly, directly injected into oilfield wells or applied in other fields. It can achieve a maximum nitrogen pressure of ≥50 MPa. Therefore, with low cost, wide availability, and convenient construction, it serves as the material basis for the comprehensive and large-scale promotion of nitrogen application technology.

The primary components of biogas are methane and carbon dioxide. During the exothermic combustion process, carbon dioxide lowers the efficiency of heat utilization and flame temperature, leading to increased heating costs. Therefore, to fully utilize biogas resources, it is necessary to first remove carbon dioxide to meet specific operational requirements. Biogas purification here refers to the technological process of removing carbon dioxide from natural gas.
