When the buyer require repair or replacement of damaged products, the company will determine the specifics based on the cause of the product damage. If the damage is due to a quality issue with the company's product within the warranty period, it will be replaced or repaired free of charge.

    INTERVIEW

    Within one month after the completion of the engineering implementation, there will be two follow-up phone calls. Subsequently, there will be quarterly follow-up calls, along with semi-annual face-to-face visits organized by the seller. Additionally, the company will hold periodic customer technical exchange and learning events.

  • PROJECT HANDOVER

    PROJECT HANDOVER

    After the seller’s engineering and technical personnel have completed installation and debugging to satisfaction, the system will be officially handed over to the buyer for operation. The warranty period will commence from the date of the handover signature.

  • FREE TRAINING

    FREE TRAINING

    The seller provides free training for system administrators and operators on behalf of the buyer. During the handover of the project, operators will be trained to proficiently operate the system and learn basic troubleshooting methods. Additionally, targeted retraining will be conducted on-site during each service visit at irregular intervals.
